The Just Brooklyn Prize Nomination Form

Thank you for submitting a nomination for the Just Brooklyn Prize.
The Just Brooklyn Prize, presented by The Social Justice Fund in partnership with Brooklyn Org, is awarded to five changemakers annually who are dedicated to strengthening and building power within Brooklyn’s communities. We are seeking nominees who:

Live and work in Brooklyn.
Are committed to strengthening and building power in Brooklyn's communities, with a dedicated commitment to racial and social justice.
Work in a variety of fields including non-profits, business, media, the arts, and more.
Have not been recognized by other prestigious awards or honors.

About the nomination and application process:

You can nominate yourself or someone else.
Once nomination forms close, all nominees will be invited to submit an application to tell us more about themselves and their work.
Nominees must submit an application to be considered for the prize.
Number of nominations is not taken into consideration for prize selection.
