BKO Racial Justice Work Groups

Brooklyn Org invites you to participate in a three-month Racial Justice Work Group. This working group is a unique opportunity to strengthen your organization’s commitment to racial equity, while connecting with fellow leaders dedicated to building inclusive workplaces. Over the course of three interactive sessions, you will engage with Simone Washington a skilled racial equity consultant, who will provide tools and frameworks tailored to help your organization build more inclusive hiring, retention, and employee support practices. Session Topics and Dates: Session 1 Monday, April 21 -(3-5)pm Racially Equitable Recruitment and Hiring Strategies Session 2: Monday, May 19 - (3-5)pm Retention Strategies for Racially and Ethnically Diverse Employees Session 3: Monday, June 9 - (3-5)pm Onboarding and Employee Wellbeing Strategies
