BKO Racial Justice Training 

We are pleased to announce an upcoming 3-part workshop series that we would like to offer your organization participation in at no cost to you; details can be found below. Participating organizations are required to attend all three sessions so please sign up only if you can commit to the entire series. Please note that there will be some pre work assigned for each session. This series is for organizations who are already familiar with and committed to principles of racial justice, but interested in support in operationalizing and sustaining this work. Session 1 is for BIPOC and non-BIPOC leaders who are not new to DEIB concepts but are looking for strategies to lead their organization to implement the work in their programming. Session 2 supports buy-in and oversight from Board members of the organization while Session 3 ensures that programs are planned and implemented with equity in mind.
